Counting Down

Taking a break from cleaning my room. It's all part of getting ready to move out from the Hamilton home. Been here for four and a half years and it has been great.

Last day of working for Fairfax is 3rd July. Today is 8th June, so I guess that means I have less than a month to go.

Me - A Blogger??

A quick note to start my blog. This really forms another part of planning for my trip away in August. How to keep in touch with the people I love as I tramp around Europe. There are post cards, but experienced friends warn me about how dire the postal services are in some European countries. There is keeping a (physical) diary, which is something I shall do, but that limits my notes to myself until my return in late December. Email is a good option, excepting that I don't really want to clog other people's inboxes with my ramblings-on and photos. So blogging is it. Well I'm giving it a go anyway. See what I can do with it and how it'll work for me.
